Management Team

Nitin Bagga
Nitin has over 7 years of consulting experience working with mid to large sized companies, performing extensive market & competitive analysis and developing market entry strategies. He has direct experience in the Alternative Energy, Financial Services, Loyalty Marketing and Manufacturing sectors.

Key engagement achievements:
-Aligned the strategy of one of the world's most renowned loyalty programs

-Developed the strategy and the go forward plan for one of North America's most innovative advanced advertising companies

-Guided a mid-sized manufacturer in establishing off-shore manufacturing facilities

Prior to Accelteon he worked at Rockwell Automation where he was responsible for designing and implementing mission critical systems for large corporate clients. He has extensive experience in project management, developing and delivering client specific solutions and process design.

Nitin, his wife and daughter live in Aurora, Ontario. He is an avid cricket fan, an amateur gourmet chef and a connoisseur of fine Scotches.

Nitin holds an MBA from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management - University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. In addition, he serves as a strategy advisor to a US based investment firm.

 

Malcolm Jussawalla
Malcolm has over 5 years of consulting experience. During that time he has worked in several industries including: Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Non-Profit, Sports & Entertainment and Software. Malcolm's diligence, business savvy and experience have guided mid-market as well as Fortune 500 organizations to make informed strategic decisions.

Key engagement achievements:
-Developed key insights for a major U.S. food brand and helped steer the group's strategy

-Strategically focused a national non-profit organization to deliver maximum impact to its stakeholders

-Developed strategies for a mid-market manufacturer leading to a mezzanine funding round

Prior to co-founding Accelteon, he was Partner at the Impact Consulting Group where he worked with a variety of clients developing strategic business solutions. Malcolm was the co-founder & VP Operations of The Rouge Magazine, a Canadian Football Magazine, where he established and managed national distribution agreements, managed advertising sales and formed key strategic alliances. Malcolm also served as an Executive Officer of the Zoroastrian Society of Ontario.

Malcolm lives with his wife in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He is an avid football fan (collegiate and professional), enjoys kicking back while playing Xbox 360 (Gamertag: mjussawalla) and has yet to meet a porterhouse steak he doesn't like.

Malcolm holds a B.ASc in Materials Engineering from the University of Toronto, where he finished first in his class - and graduated with honours from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management with an MBA.

Sandy Aird
Sandy has 40 years of experience as a consultant in strategy, organization and governance to corporate and government clients in North America and overseas. He is a former senior partner of Deloitte Consulting. Sandy held various Board and Management positions in Canada and Internationally including that of Managing Partner and then Chairman of Touche Ross & Partners.

Retired from Deloitte, he continued as a Senior Advisor to the consulting practice and is currently an independent consultant and corporate director. He is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Hospital for Sick Children and is Chairman of the Multiple Sclerosis Scientific Research Foundation.

Sandy holds a BA in history and economics from McGill University.

 

Peter Cooper
President, CEO and co-founder of the Scienta Health Group, a world-leader in individualized preventive medicine. Previously a Director of Merge Healthcare (NASDAQ-MRGE), Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based provider of medical imaging technologies and Chairman of one of its predecessor company, Cedara Software Corp. Former President, Online, of Indigo Books & Music

Peter holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and undergraduate degrees from the Universities of Pretoria and Stellenbosch. He is the immediate Past President and Director of the Harvard Business School Global Alumni Association.

 

George Dickson
George is a senior business executive with over 30 years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry. During his tenure at the Royal Bank of Canada he held many positions including Senior Vice-President of Commercial Banking - Ontario and Senior Vice President- Products Business Banking. He currently serves on the boards of private companies and community organizations including Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Canadian Red Cross - Ontario Zone among others.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and attended the Product Management Program at Harvard University and the Credit and Financial Management Program at Stanford University.

 

Eaton Donald
Eaton was a Principal with Digital Cement Inc., a Toronto based marketing strategy firm with Fortune 500 clients throughout North America, for 8 years. Digital Cement's focus was on developing marketing strategies and programs to derive quantifiable financial benefit from low or under performing customer relationships. Eaton was central to the firm's overall growth as well as efforts in successfully raising venture financing and its eventual sale to Pitney Bowes in 2007 for 52 Million USD.

Eaton's current focus is on global education, specifically mathematics and literacy. His goal is to cut the cost of literacy to 1/1000th of what it is today, and to reduce the effort required for elementary mathematics education from 6 years to 2. By doing so, he hopes his 3 year old daughter and her children will inherit a world with more smiles, roses, and prosperity for all.

 

Michael Levy
Michael is currently the President of Casaral Inc., an investment and consulting firm catering to the health and fitness industry. He is also on the board of privately held companies, serves as a Director of Community Organizations and is an avid angel investor. He was the founder and CEO of The Sports Clubs of Canada, which was acquired by Bally Total Fitness (BTF). Michael served as President of BTF Canada and was responsible for the overall direction and operation of an extensive network of clubs.

Michael holds an MBA and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Toronto and had achieved a chartered accountant designation.

 

Dilip Soman
Dilip is presently the Corus professor of communication strategy and marketing at the Rotman School of Management. In addition, Dilip also serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Economic Psychology and on the editorial boards of Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research and Marketing Letters. He is a renowned authority in the area of pricing strategies and is currently focusing his research on the psychology of judgment and decision making.

Dilip holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Behavioral Sciences from University of Chicago, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Bombay.
